Objectove:We used Bletillastriatagelatin to intervene the Cervicitis rats,To explore epidermal growth factor(EGF),epidermal growlh factorreceptor(EGFR) and Tumor Necrosis Factor-α(TNF-α) express in Cervicitis. In the same time we wanted discuss the mechanism of Bletillastriatagelatin treating Cervicitis .We wished all this could provid experiment evidence for clinical therapy of Cervicitis.Method:Use 25% Phenol mucilage by vaginal delivery,we have made successful cervicitis model rats,60 female SD rats where randomly distributed into six groups.including control group,model group,the Metronidazole, Clotrimazole and Chlorhexidine Acetate Suppositories (MCCA) group,and BSG with low,medium and high dose group. 1day,12days,The control group were injected NS as the same for 12 days.the groups were poured BSG, MCCA,NS and blank ground,to cut Vagina in an organization to the uterus,to observe the change of Inability to form organization of the cervix and to delect the level of EGF,EGFR and TNF-αby Immune group of analysis. Result:BSG with low,medium and high dose group. and MCCA group made EGF and EGFR higher than model group were more patent(P<0.05 ).treatment grougs reduce the expression levels of TNF-αin cervix tissue. the expression levels of were significantly reduced in the treatment of grougs compared to the model ones(P<0.05). high dose group BSG is the most obvious the treatment group compared with the corresponding parts of the model group,there have not marked thflammatory cell and devitallized tissue, mucoca is basic growths, or even close to normal, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Comparison between treatment groups, on the morphology of cervical tissue is not significantly different(P>0.05).All the rats wright increased after the treatment(P<0.05 ). Vagina the index changes project are not parent(P>0.05).Conclusion:ALL above suggested that we could successfully establish the wistar rat model with cervicitis by deep injection of 25% phenol mucilage 0.15mL into every rat one time every three days,five times. BSG can promote the healing of cervical erosion on rat.After treatment, symptoms were alleviated, the content of TNF-αwere lower and the expressions of EGFand EGFR in cervix tissue were increasd. BSG improve project organized blood flow, promote cervical squamous cell proliferation, differentiation is conducive to healing the erosion,in which BSG the role of high-dose group was particularly significant.The balance of inflammation medium was setted up.This was probably the mechanisms of BSG on the animal model with cervicitis.
