Objective:This experiment through the observation of the damaged cardiac cells NXKâ…¡HKFY that a traditional Chinese medicine preparation composed for the method for phlegm and blood stasis mutual resistance and deficiency of Qi Troponin T (CTn - T) content influence, Discuss the clinical effect mechanism, To provide the basis for clinical dialectical medication.Methods:This study for animal model test,60 Rats were randomly divided into 6 groups,that is the normal, the group of model of MI, the control group of DXSYSLZ, low-dose group of NXKâ…¡HKFY, midst-dose group of NXKâ…¡HKFY and high dose group of NXKâ…¡KFY. After 20 days'treatment of the medicine we inject PIT to the rats and make the model of MI, then monitoring them with ECG. After making sure the model is right, we get the blood and myocardial tissue. Then testing the changing of the content of CTn-T in the blood-serum, and the myocardial tissue pathology change. Result:NXKâ…¡HKFY compared with negative group can effectively improve myocardial ischemia abnormal ECG,Also can lessen the content of CTn - T, Reduce myocardial tissue damage.Conclusion:After NXKâ…¡HKFY prophylaxis, For PIT cause J point up (or down) and T wave up are obviously Antagonist role, It can lessen the content of CTn - T and reduce myocardial tissue damage. Its mechanisms can be and that the voltage dependence and the receptor ca2+ channels regulating capability is blocked, make the ca2+ of the extracellular Flow inside and the ca2+ of the cell outside, It can relaxation vascular smooth muscle, Reduce coronary artery vasospasm, Dilating coronary arteries, Increased coronary artery blood flow, Improve the myocardial blood oxygen supply relevant.
