Western blot was used to test the expression of 4.1B between experiment groups and control groups; proliferative capacity were assessed by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium; Matrigel invasion chambers were performed to analyze the invasion ability of the cell line in the group of experiment and control. The statistic of results was treated by statistical software SPSS11.0. All the measurement data were expressed in mean±standard deviation( X±S), and compared the more group samples by variance analysis; We considered test standard P<0.05 as the significant test standard.ResultsThrough transduced the recombinant virus with the cDNA encoding of mouse 4.1B into the MDA-MB-231 cell line, The MDA-MB-231 cell line expressing 4.1B were found more strongly in the experiment groups than that in the control groups by western blot. Compared with the control groups the MDA-MB-231 cell line with 4.1B overexpression showed a lower invasion ability and little significant proliferative capacity.Conclusions4.1B gene could inhibit the invasion ability of breast carcinoma cell line. However, 4.1B gene have not any effect in growth ability of breast carcinoma cell line. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | 4.1B, breast cancer, growth, invasion | | Related items |
