Objective To understand resistance of three Gram-negative bacillus in CHONGQING, and know the usage of antibiotics in clinical medicine.Method Collected a total of 282 sputum samples, then isolated and detected all of the sputun sanmples. Results The resistance rates of antibiotics included Amikacin, levofloxacin, ampicillin / sulbactam, piperacillin / sulbactam, cefepime, ceftazidime, imipenem, meropenem, cotrimoxazole for Klebsiella pneumoniae were 19.4%, 21.5%, 43.0%, 12.9%, 36.6%, 35.5%, 3.2%, 1.1% and 38.7%,and the double resistance rate was 34.4%. The resistance rates of antibiotics included Amikacin, levofloxacin, ampicillin / sulbactam, piperacillin / sulbactam, cefepime, ceftazidime, imipenem, meropenem, cotrimoxazole for Pseudomonas aeruginosa were 20.9%, 27.0%, 92.2%, 17.4%, 19.1%, 21.7%, 24.3%, 16.5% and 88.7%, and the double resistance rate was 33.3%. The resistance rates of antibiotics included Amikacin, levofloxacin, ampicillin / sulbactam, piperacillin / sulbactam, cefepime, ceftazidime, imipenem, meropenem, cotrimoxazole for Acinetobacter baumannii were 10.5%, 15.8%, 21.0%, 17.1%, 21.0%, 18.4%, 17.1%, 4.0%, 19.7%, and the double resistance rate was 17.1%. Three Gram-negative bacillus all had a strain which can resist all of the antibiotics. Conclusion The resistance rates of antibiotics included Klebsiella pneumoniae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Acinetobacter baumannii in CHONGQING were different. The resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa was the most serious, Penicillins and Sulfonamides were not adjusted to Pseudomonas aeruginosa; the Klebsiella pneumoniae's was better, it had a high resistance rate for cephalosporin and Sulfonamides; Acinetobacter baumannii had a lower resistance rate than Klebsiella pneumoniae and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. However, Acinetobacter baumannii had a higher multi-drug resistance rate than pneumoniae and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, so we use antibiotics in accordance with drug sensitive test.
