| Objective: To investigate the distribution and the resistant ofclinical isolates of Gram-Negative bacillus, include of Escherichiacoli , Klebsiella pneumoniae , Pseudomonas aeruginosa andAcinetobacter baumannii in my hospital. Methods: 612 strains of Gram-Negative bacillus, include ofEscherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae ,Pseudomonas aeruginosaand Acinetobacter baumannii isolated from our hospital from March2004 to October 2005 were collected. Bacterial identification werecarried out using API20E and API20NE;Bacterial susceptibilitytesting were carried out using Kirby-bauey methods; Two kinds ofdouble-disk synergy test and phenotypic confirmatory test were usedto detect Extended-Spectrum β-Lactamases (ESBLs) in bacterial; The resistant rate, intermediate rate and susceptibility rate of drugswere calculated according to National Committee for ClinicalLaboratory Standards in 2005,and date were analysed withWHONET 5.3 software what were provided from monitoringnetwork of bacterial resistant in World Health Organization. Results: A total of 612 strains of Gram-Negative bacillus, include of Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae ,Pseudomonasaeruginosa and Acinetobacter baumannii isolated from Mar 2004to Octobe 2005, 221 strains of Escherichia coli , accounted for36.2%,152 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae , accounted for 24.8% ,150 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, accounted for 24.5%,89strains of Acinetobacter baumannii ,accounted for 14.5%. 2, 612strains of pathogenic bacteria ,52.5% from respiratory tract and27.5% from urinary tract. 3,Meropenem and imipenem were themost active antibiotic against Escherichia coli and Klebsiellapneumoniae, the susceptibility rate were 100%,the susceptibility rateof Escherichia coli exceed 70% to cefazolin ,piperazone/tazobactam,cefoxitin and ampicillin, the susceptibilityrate of Klebsiella pneumoniae exceed 70% to cefazolin,piperazone/tazobactam,cefoperazone/sulbactum,cefoxitin and cefepime .4,Cefoperazone/sulbactum,piperazone/tazobactam,cefepime,pipera-cillin and meropenem were more active antibiotic against Pseudo-monas aeruginosa, the susceptibility rate were 74.1%,75%,70.7%,71.2% and 72.4%. following by cefazolin, the susceptibility rate was66.7%, Meropenem and imipenem were the more active antibioticagainst Acinetobacter baumannii, the susceptibility rate were 91.8%and 95.8%. 5,A total of 147 strains of ESBLs-producing,theisolating rate of 24%, include of Escherichia coli were 118 strainsand Klebsiella pneumoniae was 21 strains, the isolating rate of53.4% and 13.9%. Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae werepredominant strain of ESBLs-producing.Conclusion: Gram-Negative bacillus become more commonand are highly resistant to commonly used antimicrobials, it isnecessary to monitor the bacterial resistance to antibiotics andchoose antibiotics based on results of susceptibility tests. |
