Objective:To investigate the role of 14-3-3σand CyclinB1 in the occurrence and development of Bladder transitional cell carcinoma.Methods:S-P method was applied to study the expression of 14-3-3σand CyclinB1 proteins in 10 Normal bladder and 48 bladder cancer, according to clinical results,to analize the prognosis value of 14-3-3σand CyclinB1 proteins in bladder cancer. Results:The expression rate of 14-3-3σwas 90%in the Normal bladder but 16.6% in the bladder cancer ,and CyclinB1 was 20%in the Normal bladder but 79.2% in the bladder cancer. Both 14-3-3σand CyclinB1 expression were related to histological grade and pathological stage of tumors, closely. Conclusion :The excessive lower expression of 14-3-3σand higher expression of CyclinB1 play an important role in the bladder cancer. The expression of 14-3-3σand CyclinB1 may be as a reference marker in the prognosis of bladder cancer.
