Objective: In type 2 diabetes and to exist in the development of insulin target organs, tissues (mainly liver, muscle and adipose tissue) insulin sensitivity of the pathological factors that reduce insulin resistance (Insulin Resistance, IR) exists. IR research currently very active, generally agreed that insulin resistance may be a number of factors combined effects of the consequences of change; external environmental factors, mainly high-calorie intake too much, too little physical labor can lead to obesity (central obesity), then A series of metabolic changes caused by the environment and the abnormal expression of cytokines, Such as free fatty acids (FFA), C reactive protein and adiponectin increased, and reduce other chronic endoplasmic reticulum stress, inhibition of insulin signal transduction pathway, increased IR. No unified mechanism for the specific conclusion。The theory of Chinese medicine in the name of disease is not fully relevant, But basis its clinical manifestation and cause of disease pathogenesis, when belongs to"PiTan""XiaoKe"the category, and with"obese"close related . The pathogenesis is hot and damp anti-, the muddy poisonous embodiment, the stasis stagnates the internal organs. Undoubtedly the "Zhuo Du" card. We examined the effects of its " Zhuo Du " the symptoms of the state permit integration and insulin resistance index HOMA-IR linear relationship, to prove the correlation between the two. Huazhuo Jiedu'formula treatment of detoxification taking blood lipid IR, HOMA-IR, C-reactive protein, adiponectin changes, detoxification side of the Huazhuo Jiedu'formula in type 2 diabetes therapeutic effect and its mechanism. So as to Chinese medicine research in this field to provide theoretical and clinical basis.Methods: 70 cases of type 2 diabetes insulin resistance in patients with"ZhuoDu"(according to the WHO standard and the principle of ZhuoDu syndrom integral,the patients who visisted at Traditional Chinese medical hospital of Hebei Medical University during October 2009 to June 2010)were randomly divided into 2 groups(according to the principle of random number table).35 patients in treatment group were treated with HuaZhuo JieDu Decoction(BaiKouRen 12g,YiRen 10g,HuangLian 9g,LianQiao 12g,ZhiZi 12g,HouPu 12g,ChaiHu 12g,ZhiShi12g) and the basic treatment. The decoction was taken in the morning and evening after meals half an hour every day, 12 weeks was a time of therapy.35 paitents in contrl group Control group were treated with metformin(enteric-coated tablets) after meals half an hour ,0.5g every time and three times daily,12 weeks was a time of therapy. Make sure that noone taked the drugs of increasing insulin sensitivity.Observed and measured the clinic symptoms of"ZhouDu"and the makers of the patients'height,weight,width of waist,ECG,liver function,kidney function,APN,FBG,TG,CHOL,HDL-C,LDL-C,FIN,CRP,HbA1Cchanges.Then calculated BMI,WHtR,HOMA-IR according related formula.Results:1 Comparison of basic dataBefore treatment, the comparison of the gender constituent ratio, age constituent ratio, duration of constituent ratio, BMI, WHtR, HOMA-IR, lipid (TG, CHOL.HDL-C, LDL-C), HbA1C, C-reactive protein (CRP), adiponectin and the symptom integral of ZD between the treatment group and the control group had not statistically significant. The correlation coefficient(r) by simply regression analysis between ZD syndrom integral and HOMA-IR was 0.622(P<0.01). A positive correlation was found between ZD syndrom integral and insulin resistance.2 Effects on HOMA-IRHOMA-IR reduction by observing changes was discovered in before treatment group and after treatment group. (P<0.05) was considered statistically significant. But analysis between the two groups after treatment showed that the treatment group was superior to the control group.( P<0.05)3 Effects on HbA1CHbA1C reduction by observing changes was discovered in before treatment group and after treatment group. (P<0.05) was considered statistically significant. But analysis between the two groups after treatment showed that the control group was superior to the treatment group.( P<0.05)4 Effects on Lipid metabolismBMI, WHtR, TG, LDL-C reduction in Treatment group and control group before and after treatment was discovered. P<0.05 was considered statistically significant; CHOL, HDL-C did not differ between the two groups before and after treatment( P>0.05). TG in the treatment group was superior to in the control group after treatment( P<0.05). BMI., WHtR, LDL-C was no significant difference.5 Effects on CRP and APN.The changes of CRP and adiponectin between before and after treatment in treatment group and control group had statistically significant (P<0.05). However, CRP and adiponectin in treatment group were superior to in control group after treatment. P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Conclusions:1 A positive correlation was discovered between Xiao Ke Zhuo Du and insulin resistance in T2DM. the etiology and pathogenesis of Xiao Ke Zhuo Du were to damp heat resistance, toxin cloud intrinsic, internal organs.2 Huazhuo Jiedu'formula can effectively improve insulin resistance in T2DM3 The mechanism of Huazhuo Jiedu'formula improving insulin resistance in T2DM may be related to improvement of inflammatory response and lipid metabolism in human body...
