Objective: The first half of 2008, infant calculi cases in some parts of China mostly appeared, caused extensive concern of home and abroad[1~4] . Our ministry announced on September 12, edible melamine (melamine) pollution of milk powder may be contributing to infant urinary calculi reasons. Meanwhile, a nationwide started large-scale a stone as the focal point of infant genitourinary tract diseases screening activities. Finally, there are nearly 294000 infants were diagnosed with kidney stones, which 51900 young children hospitalized, killed six children[1] .Amazingly, just a year later, these "poison milk powder" again fecundity, appeared childhood.since the more than melamine management limited value dairy powder back flow market problems, caused public strong concern.Melamine is an important nitrogen heterocyclic organic chemical raw materials. American early in 2007 have pet cats and dogs through consumption by melamine-tainted food but hair with acute renal failure reports of deaths .This article aims to retrospective analysis was with our follow-up 69 cases edible melamine caused urinary stone infant children clinical information,understand the clinical data of urinary calculi, improve the outcome of infants urinary calculi treatment level, improve the prognosis and collected children may affect curative effect of relevant clinical data statistics processing for further study of melamine urinary calculi related to the pathogenesis of clinical.Methods: The analysis was performed in patients with consumed melamine-contaminated milk powder who admitted in our hospital's pediatric between September 2008 to June 2009 about relevant indicators. All the cases refer to health general office "the contaminated with edible SanLuPai infant formula powder is related to the infant urinary stone medical scheme of diagnosis of melamine urinary calculi related infant. Inclusion criteria:①The consumption of contaminated milk powder for infants whose age less than or equal 3-year-old.②Ultrasound diagnosis of stones. Exclusion criteria:①Urinary congenital lesion.②The disease of renal parenchymal. Choose age, gender, clinical symptoms, urine pH, hydronephrosis and position, number, complications of urinary,row stone situation as the study of the factors, stone diameter as research factors . According to the homemade tables records related data, all patients will be diagnosed since the date of cases, observation time into observation for 6 months, respectively on urinary calculi diagnosis after half month, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and record the observation children indicators .Statistical analysis: Measurements data to use the mean value±standard deviation. The statistical method between the two groups compares uses T-test, count data using chi-square test. The same object in the same observing indexes at different time points were repeatedly measured by repeated measurement analysis methods.The major indexes for normality inspection and variance qi sex inspection, P < 0.05 are statistically significant, all statistical analysis software SPSS13.0 are in complete.Results:1 General information: All group 69 cases, all for the 2008 b-sonography medical diagnosis, male and female 31 cases of 38 patients, the male to female ratio is 123:1; Age 3 months ~ 36 months, average onset ages for 19.95±9.89 months. Feeding time is 3 months to 36 months ,One < 1 year group 25, year 1 ~ 2 years group 33, > 2 years group 11. Ultrasonic seen: stone, multiple are visible single number, in which a single more see. Stone diameter minimum 0.2 cm, the biggest diameter of 1.9 cm. Stone form: sediment shape, crumb.The rear sound shadow can have, can not have or weak. Concurrent ureteral expansion of 5 patients. Routine urine : pH 5.5 ~ 7.5, the proportion 1.005 ~ 1.050.2 Statistical results show that: Calculi with their positions in diameter, was statistically stone about significance (P < 0.05).And gender, age, feeding time, stones, stones rear whether number with sound shadow, urine ph change and stone diameter is irrelevant, was not statistically significant (P > 0.05).3 Half a month from time to tome 39 cases (56.5 %) of children's stone eduction, 1 month has 50 patients (72.5%) infants calculi eduction, 3 months from time to tome 56 cases (81.2%in) infants calculi eduction, 6 months from time to tome 59cases (85.5%) infants calculi eduction, through whose medical therapy, completely can make most of children's stone eduction.Conclusion:1 Melamine urinary calculi associated pathogenesis men more than women.2 Calculi size and milk powder consumption time no direct relationship, which mainly related with doses.3 Urinary calculi in infants remain mainly in kidney.4 Small renal calculus remain mainly in collecting system.5 Calculi size and calculous eduction time there is no direct relationship .After 6 months follow-up, most stones of the children are able to discharged. However, after 6 months of treatment, stone size remains unchanged in children whose stones are 12mm in diameter or more, and accompanied by hematuria and proteinuria, in which 4 cases by medical conservative treatment for 4 months did not improve, choose surgery.6 The diameter of stone of uncured group is larger than cured group, and large diameter of stones more difficult to discharge, if necessary, surgical intervention should be done.7 Children in uncured group have hematuria, proteinuria or leucocyturia, there is left or right hydronephrosis. We should be further investigation and timely surgery in children with renal stone row. Once the stone obstruction active treatment as soon as possible, and should focus on were followed up urine, urinary tract ultrasound and renal function.8 Most of infant have no stone-related symptoms.
