| Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Triple acupuncture therapy with rehabilitation training in the treatment of spinal cord injury, For clinical treatment of the disease to provide a simple, convenient, safe and effective standardized treatment programs.Methods This study used a randomized, double-blind and blank-control method.48 subjects who met the diagnostic criteria for SCI were invoved in this trail. They were devided into 2 groups randomly. The treatment group was given the therapy of Triple acupuncture therapy with rehabilitation training, while the control group was treated with the therapy of Regular meridians acupuncture with rehabilitation training. And the subjects had treatment once everyday. One month was taken as a theraputic course. All the patients got three courses with two-day rest between each course. Subjects in each group were measured with ASIA classification,AS IA feel score,ASIA motion score,everyday life activity ability (improved Bathel index scale),body weeks diameter before the treatment, one month later,two months later,three months later and one month later after all the therapies respectively.At first, all the means in both groups were dealt with statistical test. Then according to the scores by the multilateral models, realization of the changing trend made by scores in both groups came out. Finally, in the light of scorse of MBI and FCA during the theraputic period, the trend of changes of MBI and FCA was got and discussion of this change was explained.Results:1.There was no statistical differences in both groups of Spinal cord injury plane, ASIA classification, the duration of symptoms, and other indexes (P>0.05). The indexes of ASIA SS, MS, MBI and FCA showed no statistical meaning (P>0.05); 2.According to the matched t-test of indexes of needle feeling, light touch,MS, MBI, FCA etc., there was a absolutely diference (P<0.05); 3.Compared with the time points referred above, samples in two groups by t-test showed no statistical meaning (P>0.05):4.From the uprising trend during the four months, all the patients indexes went up, not straightly, which came up a little then went to a stable level.Acupuncture feeling model formula was y (estimated value)=78.467+3.799time-0.640time2,slight touching level model formula was y (estimated value)=76.943+2.803time--0.487time2, and MS model formula was y (estimated value) =58.556+4.415time--0.659time2。Explains namely two groups in the therapeutic effect of needle feeling, light touch and motion score no difference.5.The indexes of MBI and FCA in both groups showed a relative staight line by the time wentMBI model was y (estimated value) =39.998+4.977time+3.295time*treat, FCA model was, y (estimated value) =56.842+5.111time+2.124time*treat. Explains namely two group of recent healing treatment group, but there is more superior long-term outcomes.Conclusion:With stitches joint paraplegia rehabilitation training is more advantageous to the damaged spinal cord, nerve root recovery, can make the patient recover as soon as possible. However, a trail of longer time therapy and larger sample will be need to accurately appraise it Both "Triple acupuncture therapy" and common acupuncture method can improve the feeling function, movement function, activity of daily life ability and comprehensive functions in Chest lumbar spinal segments on traumatic SCI patients; But judging from the long-term effect, " Triple acupuncture therapy " with rehabilitation training can be more significantly improved patients activity of daily life ability and comprehensive functions of the patients,the long-term effect is better than the control group. " Triple acupuncture therapy "combined rehabilitation training have important value,it is worth further study.
