Acute Ischemic Stroke-Comprehensive Treatment Of The Syndrome Differentiation And Treatment Of Clinical Validation Observation

Use SPSS13.0 software package material analysis processing.Results:(1) The group of cases in gender, age, height and weight, vital signs, symptoms and signs, always history and medical history, merger disease and NIHSS scores comparison, baseline comparable, typification before and after treatment not statistically significant difference (P>0.05); (2)7 days after the group of cases treatment NIHSS scale, Bl, improvement Rankin and PRO rating scale no significant difference (P>0.05); (3) 14 days, treatment of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment in a comprehensive solution NIHSS scale, Bl, improvement Rankin and PRO rating scale aspects of integral improved obviously, a statistically significant difference (P<0.01); (4) 3 months of follow-up treatment, syndrome differentiation and treatment in a comprehensive solution Bl, improved Rankin and PRO rating scale aspects of integral obviously decrease was statistically significant difference (P<0.05); (5) The group of cases all did not appear serious adverse reactions.Conclusion:A combined early clinical research, repeatedly experimental results and this trial, the clinical use of experience that acute cerebral infarction compre- hensive solution TDS definite effect, compliance, it is worth further promote diagnos- is and the mature solution.
