| Objective:The study was designed to observe the effects of acupoint injection therapy of Xiangdan injection in Neiguan(PC6) pretreating on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury (MIRI) in rats of Endothelin (ET), Nitric Oxide (NO), Nitric Oxide Synthase (NOS). Provide a new clinical treatment and research methods for the prevention and treatment of myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury by acupuncture and medicine therapy.Methods:After the rats have been pretreated by acupoint injection therapy in Neiguan(PC6)for 14 days, making the myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury model was induced by ligating left anterior descending coronary artery (LADCA). To observe the changes of ST in electrocardiogram(ECG) and ET,NO,NOS content in myocardial, and calculate the ratio of ET/NO.Results:1,During making the myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury model, Ligation LADCA, the result show in ECG, model group QRS wave higher and broader,ST11 obviously higher than simulation surgery group。2,Reperfusion 30 minutes, model group myocardial tissue pathology was the most serious one. Not including simulation surgery group, Xiangdan group myocardial tissue pathology was lightest Myocardial pathology mainly presented sporadic congestion hemorrhage in myocardial interstitial.3,Myocardial ischemia reperfusion can significantly decrease the content of myocardial tissue NO and NOS content. Xiangdan group can increase the content of myocardial tissue NO and NOS content.4,Myocardial ischemia reperfusion can significantly increase the content of myocardial tissue ET content and ET/NO ratio. Xiangdan group can decrease the content of myocardial tissue ET content and ET/NO ratio.Conclusion:Precondition Xiangdan injection injecting into Neiguan(PC6) can reduce endothelial injury and regulate the diastolic and systolic of vascular, to confront myocardial ischemic reperfusion injury. |
