| Purpose:Watch "Fei Chang disease"(asthma together constipation) rat model of liverheart spleen, lung, kidney, and stomach, duodenum, jejunum, ileum, colon, rectum tissue of CCK-8,CGRP expression in Nature, trying to explore the lung and the large intestine provides a reference.Method:This study selected 40 Wistar rats, SPF grade, male. Randomly divided into control group, asthma group (hereinafter referred to as "Fei disease" control group), constipation control group (hereafter referred to as "Chang disease" control group) and asthma co-constipation group (hereinafter referred to as "Fei Chang disease" group),10 in each group. "Fei disease" of modeling the control group on day 1 and day 8 injection of sensitized asthmatic agent, started 15 days of modeling solution asthmatic OVA inhalation, day 1, continuous spray for 7 days. "Chang disease" control group started from day 1 to give compound diphenoxylate tablets (DC) gavage dose of 10mg/kg, day 1, a total of 11 times. "Fei Chang disease" group, on the modeling day 1 and day 8 injection of sensitized asthmatic agents, modeling 15 day OVA inhalation solution asthmatic,1 time per day,7 days a continuous spray; the same time, starting from day 1 to give, "Fei Chang disease" DC fed rats, the dose 10mg/kg, day 1. Rats were observed during the experiment in general.21 days of experiment, after atomization, the rats were sacrificed by light microscopy observation of the liver, heart, spleen, lung, kidney, and stomach, duodenum, jejunum, ileum, colon, rectum tissue changes in HE staining, electron microscopy of liver, heart, spleen, lung, kidney, and stomach, duodenum, jejunum, ileum, colon, rectum ultrastructural changes; and detected by immunohistochemistry in liver, heart, spleen, lung, kidney, and the stomach, duodenum, jejunum, ileum, colon, rectum octapeptide (CCK-8),calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) expression. Results:1 the results of light microscopyâ‘ control group:structural integrity of lung tissue, no congestion and inflammatory cell infiltration, structural integrity of colonic mucosa, muscularis, serosa was no infiltration of inflammatory cells;â‘¡"Fei disease" control group: increased lung tissue of the alveolar septum width, capillary congestion, inflammatory cell infiltration around blood vessels, rat colonic mucosa, the muscle layer, serosa infiltrating inflammatory cells;â‘¢"Chang disease" control group:a small amount of lung tissue inflammatory cell infiltration around capillaries, inflammatory cells of rat colon serosal infiltration;â‘£"Fei Chang disease" group:interval widened alveolar lung tissue, blood vessels surrounding tissue interstitial lung infiltration of inflammatory cells, rat colon muscularis, serosa layer of inflammatory cells. The most severe Fei disease is the "Fei Chang disease" group, followed by "Fei disease" control group, once again is the "Chang disease" control group and blank control group, lung tissue structural integrity. The most severe pathological changes of the colon is the "Fei Chang disease" group, followed by "Chang disease" control group, once again is the "Fei disease" control group and blank control group rat colon tissue structural integrity.Rats liver, heart, spleen, kidney, and stomach, duodenum, jejunum, ileum, rectal tissue biopsy found no significant changes.2 the results of electron microscopyâ‘ control group:the normal lung tissue structure, no swelling of mitochondria, normal colonic glands, mucous membranes, no edema, no swelling of mitochondria, closely aligned intestinal microvilli;â‘¡"Chang disease" control group:lung tissue of rats typeâ…¡cells appeared slightly swollen mitochondria, rat colon tissue of microvilli, mitochondrial swelling;â‘¢"Fei disease" control group:lung tissue mitochondria appeared swollen typeâ…¡cells, rat colon microvilli appear;â‘£"FeiChang disease" group:rat lung tissue of typeâ…¡cells was swelling of mitochondria, rat colon gland atrophy, submucosal edema, mitochondrial swelling, intestinal disorders sparsely arranged microvilli of different lengths. The most severe Fei disease is the "FeiChang disease" group, followed by "Fei disease" control group, once again is the "Chang disease" control group and blank control group, lung tissue structural integrity.
