Objective: Observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Shu gan tiao wei decoction to treated the liver-stomach disharmony of RE.Methods: The clinical choice met the inclusion criteria of reflux esophagitis in 104 cases of liver-stomach disharmony, all from 2009 July~2010 September gastroenterology outpatient of Chinese medicine hospital of Xi'an , all cases were confirmed by electronic endoscopy diagnosed. In accordance with the order of visits, were divided randomly into treatment group and control group. Chinese medicine treatment of 53 patients given Shu gan tiao wei decoction, and Continuous take 8 weeks; Control group of 51 patients to Omeprazole capsules and Domperidone (Motilium), two drugs for 4 weeks, then disabled domperidone, to take omeprazole capsules,continued to take 4 weeks .Observe the clinical efficacy and safety.Results: Shu gan tiao wei decoction treatment of reflux esophagitis and significantly improves the symptoms. Treatment group, the overall clinical efficacy rate was 94.00%, 87.23the control group, showed statistically no significant difference between the two groups, indicating that both groups improved the clinical efficacy of the role of very comprehensive; From clinical Perimenopausal Syndrome in the comparison, in improving belch, hiccups, good functional clinical symptoms better than the comparison group; heartburn, acid reflux symptoms and clinical effect in the control group; Endoscopic efficacy of the treatment group was 96.00%, in the control group was 89.36%, indicating that shu gan tiao wei decoction in improving the performance of endoscopic mucosal similar effect with the control group; Long-term efficacy between the treatment and the control group, the recurrence rate was significantly lower than the control group. Medication period, no significant side effects, drug safety. Conclusion: The clinical trial results show that the shu gan tiao wei decoction can significantly reduce reflux esophagitis in patients with clinical symptoms and endoscopic lesions. In the medication process, on the liver and kidney function and urinalysis no significant effect, significant clinical efficacy, low recurrence rate, is a safe and effective regimen.
