Objective:Based on the objective facts of local war,terrorist attacks and other unexpected events in cold regions,aimed at defensive operations in cold regions and the implementation of non-combated missions,we established the animal models of firearms-frozen combined injury and frozen-firearm combined injury,revealed the myocardial combination enzyme change characteristics and rules after the firearms-frozen combined injury and frozen-firearm combined injury in early time.To improve the aid level and concrete the measures after the firearms-frozen combined injury and frozen-firearm combined injury in cold regions.Set the foundation for reduing the casualties of officers and men for the changes of myocardial combination enzyme.Methods:30 general-class Japanese white rabbits were divided into five groups:A firearms-frozen group(n=6),B freeze-firearms group (n=6),C firearms group (n=6),D frostbite group (n=6),E control group (n=6).After the preparation of animal model of each group,the origin of blood coming from the carotid piezometer was measured(75±50)min after injured for indexes such as CK (creatine kinase),CK-MB (creatine kinase isoenzymes-MB),LDH (lactate ehydrogenase),ALT (Alanine aminotransferase),AST(aspartate aminotransferase),α-HBDH (α-hydro-xybutyrate dehydrogenase),analysis the changes of myocardial combination enzyme in each group after injuries.Result:Animal model of each group was successfully constructed,A compared with the control group E:There was an increase in blood CK,CK-MB,LDH,AST,ALT,α-HBDH (P<0.01)respectively;B compared with the control group E:B group was observed to have significant diference in blood CK,CK-MB,LDH,AST,ALT,α-HBDH (P<0.05);C compared with the control group E:C group was observed to have significant diference in blood CK,CK-MB,LDH,AST,α-HBDH (P<0.05),and no significance in blood ALT(P>0.05),But it was noted that ALT contents tended to increase;D compared with the control group E:There was no significance in blood CK,CK-MB,LDH,AST,ALT,α-HBDH (P>0.05),But it was noted that CK,CK-MB,LDH,AST,ALT,α-HBDH contents tended to increase.A compared with B:A group was observed to have significant diference in blood CK,CK-MB,LDH,AST,ALT,α-HBDH(P<0.05).A and B compared with C:A and B group were observed to have significant diference in blood CK,CK-MB,LDH,AST,ALT,α-HBDH (P<0.05).A and B compared with D:A and B group were observed to have significant diference in blood CK,CK-MB,LDH,AST,ALT,α-HBDH(P<0.05).C compared with D:C group were observed to have significant diference in blood CK,CK-MB,LDH,AST,α-HBDH (P<0.05),and no significance in blood ALT(P>0.05),But it was noted that ALT contents tended to increase.Conclusion:Firearms-frozen combined injury and frozen-firearm combined injury had not only the firearm injury factors but also the environmental of low-temperature factors, the two factors acted simultaneously.Compared with the single injury, the myocardial combination enzyme increased most significantly after firearms-frozen combined injury, tissue damage is most serious;the myocardial combination enzyme increased more significantly after frozen-firearm combined injury, tissue damage is more seriou;the myocardial combination enzyme increased significantly after gunshot wound, tissue damage is serious; the myocardial combination enzyme increased after frostbit,organizations have minor damage.
