ObjectiveTo investigate the intervention in Hypercoagulable state after Hip fracture surgery with Ligustrazine, and provide clinical evidence for the early prevention of DVT.MethodsFrom 11,2010 to 3,2011, all resident patients of hip fracture (including femoral neck fracture, intertrochanteric fracture, acetabular fracture)in department of orthopedics in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of TCM were selected; Then 30 patients were screened out and Randomly divided into two groups, including the control group and the treatment group, n=15; After surgery we begin to give the control group some conventionl treatment measures, including the prevention of infection, fluid infusion and directions of functional training; And on the basis of the control group, we give the treatment group with ligustrazine injection 80mg+0.9%NS250ml, ivdrip qd; Time for observation in all cases is 5days; After surgery and on the fifth day, we observe the blood data of PT, APTT, Fib, D-Dimer and PLT.Result(1)The PT after surgery were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05); In the treatment group, the PT level after surgery had no significant differences compared with the level on the fifth day (P>0.05); In the control group, the PT level on the fifth day were significantly increased compared with the PT after surgery(P<0.05);On the fifth day,the PT level of the control group were significantly increased compared with the treatment group(P<0.05), but its average level were in the normal range.(2)The APTT after surgery were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05); In the treatment group, The APTT level after surgery had no significant differences compared with the level on the fifth day (P>0.05); In the control group, the APTT level on the fifth day were significantly increased compared with the APTT after surgery(P<0.05), but its average level were in the normal range;The APTT of the fifth day were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05)(3)The Fib after surgery were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05);In the treatment group,the Fib level on the fifth day were significantly decreased compared with the Fib after surgery(P<0.05);On the fifth day, the Fib level of the treatment group were significantly decreased compared with the control group(P<0.05);In the control group,The Fib level after surgery had no significant differences compared with the level on the fifth day (P>0.05), and its average level were higher than normal(4)The D-D after surgery were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05);In the treatment group,the D-D level on the fifth day were significantly decreased compared with the D-D after surgery(P<0.05);In the control group, the D-D level on the fifth day were significantly decreased compared with the D-D after surgery(P<0.05);On the fifth day, the D-D level of the treatment group were significantly decreased compared with the control group(P<0.05);But the D-D level of the control group on the fifth day were higher than normal(5)The PLT after surgery were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05);In the treatment group, the PLT level on the fifth day were significantly decreased compared with the D-D after surgery(P<0.05); In the control group,The PLT level after surgery had no significant differences compared with the level on the fifth day (P>0.05); The PLT of the fifth day were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05) Conclusion(1)Ligustrazine can significantly decrease the level of Fib and D-Dimer in the blood, and improve the Hypercoagulable state. So it suitable for early application of patients after hip fracture surgery.(2)PT, APTT and PLT can not be sensitive indicators for the diagnosis of Hypercoagulable state, and Ligustrazine has no significant impact on intrinsic pathway or extrinsic pathway.
