| Purpose:The purpose of the Guangdong Provincial Hospital medical clinic patients with primary hypertension syndrome type, method of application of randomized controlled to observe the oral Xuefuzhuyu Decoction combined Norvasc treatment of essential hypertension clinical effect, provides an effective step-down for the disease with few side effects, improve patient quality of life of integrative medicine treatment.Methods:The clinical 60 patients with essential hypertension using a simple random method, the principle of 1:1 in control patients were divided into 2 groups, namely:A group of oral medicine (Xuefuzhuyutang)+medicine oral (Norvasc tablets), B group of oral medicine (Norvasc tablets). Observed before and after treatment all the symptoms and signs, blood rheology, blood lipid index changes of the three.Results:The clinical study showed that clinical effects of treatment, A group was better than B group. A total effective rate was 93.33%, B group was 86.67%, the two groups were compared before and after treatment decreased blood pressure levels, there was significant difference (P<0.05); between the two groups were compared after treatment, blood pressure levels, were significantly different (P<0.05). Patients were symptom total score after treatment were significantly different (P<0.05). Laboratory parameters after treatment, two groups of patients (three blood lipids, blood rheology) to compare, there was significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuefuzhuyutang injury is not with blood circulation, liver and gas without the consumption of the role of negative features, blood running normally, the body organs function properly. Norvasc is a calcium antagonist for the treatment of hypertension, a clear effect, and long-lasting, adverse reactions, is a clinical used first-line antihypertensive drug.
