| Objeetive:The purpose of this research is using statistical analysis method to evaluate the syndrome and laboratory examinations of PNS patients which were investigated from hospitals then to find out the Guangzhou of TCM diagnosis on the se PNS patients, and find out the relationship between TCM diagnosis and laboratory exminations.Methods:It is a retrospcet researeh. Through strictly selcetive criterion, we chose the PNS in the patients of The First HosPital of Guangzhou TCM university. Then collceted Traditional medincine syndroms And Laboratory examination results etc, Evaluate their contributions, and then draw out the Primary TCM diagnosison PNS. Results:TCM syndrome differentiations and gender, age, duration of patients is irrelevant. (2) TCM each distribution:lung kidney deficiency syndrome most see more,51%, the rest from issuing type two empty, qi and Yin and Yang liver-kidney Yin deficiency, diminishing number of spleen and kidney in turn; The Syndrome of endoretention of damp heat see more, 37%, Syndrome of moisture soaking,blood stasis, diminishing number in turn. (3)Content of Serum albumin kidney lung qi deficiency is higher than spleen and kidney Yang deficiency Standard between empirical syndrome types, not statistically significant (P>0.05).(4) The serum albumine concentration of EDH, There was a Significant different between Yang deficiency of spleen and Kidney,qi deficiency of spleen and kidney. (5) and Yin INR,FIB of deficiency qi were higher other Deficiency syndromes. At same time, APTT of is highest in sdandard syndromesAccording to the statistical analysis, there was statistical difference . (6)The content of CHOL,TG, LDL,HDL are higher than normal there was no statistical difference. The Syndrome of endoretention of damp heat is Highest in LDH among the sdandard syndroms. Conclusion:(1)Nephrotic syndrome of TCM syndromes have obvious characteristics. (2) Rules ofTCM syndrome type and laboratory examination have correlation.
