And provide more effective treatment for clinical disease to ideas and evidence.Methods:Take 61 patients who are to the standards into treatment group and cintrol group at non-random,single-blind.Control group has antiplatelet medications,anticoaglation mediciationgs and cholestrol-lowering medictions. Treatment group on the basis of the contral group,add oral Maifusheng 30ml three times a day.Recorded the operation afer 1hour,3 months and 6 months of skin temperature, ankle/brachial index, pain index, change in limb ulcers. Study the mechanism and analyz the date.Result:Arteriosclersisobliterans is common in the older peripheral vascular disease.With the social development.changes in people's diet structure, and aging of population, Arteriosclersis obliterans increases.Increase of the incidence of Endovascular technology, the treatment of Arteriosclersisobliterans is bringing, leap progressing. But the restenosis after Percutaneous transluminal angioplasty or Endovascular stent has been plagued majoy obstacle to further development, pathogenesis of is multifactorial and complicated. Chinese medicine treatment is amulti-channel and multi-target.Maifusheng in clinical applications has more than 40 years. Efficacy is good.In prevent restenosis, Maifusheng has not been seen related reports. Conclusion:In the clinicalsymptoms improved, the treatment group efect is obvious.In the artery stricture rate, the treatment group and control group are not been see dificent.It shows that Maifusheng has curtain effect.
