BackgroundSystemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a typical autoimmune disease which is seriously dangerous to personal health. Its etiology and pathogenesis have not yet fully elucidated, while its complex clinical manifestations and treatment remain to be a tough world problem. In China, treating SLE by Traditional Chinese medicine or Integrative Medicine show distinct characteristics to reduce the side effects of western medicine significantly. In which it's reduction and withdrawal of glucocorticoid, reduce relapse and improve quality of life in SLE patients have broad application prospects. The TCM characteristic to prevent and cure SLE is to regulate the overall body condition, mainly reflected on the differential treatment. While there is still no objective standard. By analyzing the correlation of TCM syndrome and micro indicators combines the macro differentiation and the micro indicators together which could enrich the recognition of SLE differentiation treatment, objectively standardized its microscopic measurement and observation indicator group in guiding TCM differential treatment of SLEObjectivesTo investigate the inner relationship of TCM syndrome and urine indicators of renal-related group of SLE in order to provide objective evidences and microscopical indicators for differential treatment. Methods To detecte the content of IgGU, kapU, lamU,β2-Mg, mALBU,α1-MU,α2-MU, TrfU in the morning urine by immune turbidimetry (SIEMENS BNⅡspecific protein analyzer) in patierts of SLE who has been classified into intense noxious heat type and internal heat due to yin deficiency type in synchronism. Analyse the relationship between the two types and the eight kinds of microalbuminuria.ResultsA total of 52 patients with SLE in which intense noxious heat type in 25 cases,27 cases of internal heat due to yin deficiency type were enrolled.Correlation analysis results are as follows:1.The content of IgGU, kapU, lamU,α1-MU,α2-MU and TrfU is greater in intense noxious heat type than in internal heat due to yin deficiency type, with significant differences(P<0.05);The qualitative analysis is significant difference between the two types(P<0.05);2. The content of mALBU is greater in intense noxious heat type than in internal heat due to yin deficiency type, with significant differences (P<0.05), but the qualitative analysis of the constituent ratio has no significant between the two types (P>0.05);3. The content and the qualitative analysis ofβ2-Mg both have no significant between the two types (P>0.05).ConclusionsThere are seven kinds of microalbuminuria relate to intense noxious heat type and internal heat due to yin deficiency type in patients of SLE. What's more, the protein of IgGU, kapU, lamU,α1-MU,α2-MU, TrfU can be used as the objective indicators between the two types; The protein of mALBU has a certain reference value to the syndrome differentiation of TCM;Base on the results in this study, the protein ofβ2-Mg has no correlation between the two types.
