| Background:Insomnia is a kind of clinical common and frequently occurring disease, investigation on insomnia show that per 10-12 people ill with insomnia,which seriously affect patients'working efficiency and living quality,harm human health. At present, the treatment of insomnia with western medicine more using oral Sedative-Hypnotic and Antianxiety Drugs,but more drugs maybe influence of normal Sleep Structure that leads to hypodynamia in daytime and lack of concentration and these drugs have been restricted on the use by drug addiction and abstinence reaction. Therefore, seek a non-medication has important significance during the clinical work. Acupuncture as "Green Remedy" has been accepted by patients on significant efficacy treatment, convenience, no dependence, no side effects. but correlation study on insomnia with different needle retaining time should be discussed.Objective:To Research On insomnia with different needle retaining time by Electroacupuncture, assessment of different needle retaining time makes difference effect on improving sleep status, provide a reference on treatment of insomnia with acupuncture for clinical.Methods:According to inclusion criteria bought into totally 90 patients in Guangzhou University of TCM, on Randomized-control Principle pro rata 1:1:1 make three groups such as 15mins/30mins/45mins, of which master points are shenmen, sanyinjiao, baihui, the other dialectical taken point. Three groups treat totally 20 times,10 times as a course of treatment,5 times every week. The three groups make PSQI evaluation before treatment, after 1 treatment period and 2 treatment period. Using Statistical Software make statistically analyzed by SPSS17.0.Result:1. Three groups before treatment, after one treatment period and two treatment period own-compared, PSQI index show the significant difference (P<0.05), which show that the points are effective2. After one treatment period, the comparison between groups has statistical difference (P<0.05)on PSQI index and clinical efficacy; multiple comparison showed significant difference between Group for 30min and 45min and Group for 15min(P<0.05);45min's group is similar as 30min's group(P>0.05).3.After two treatment period,, comparing on PSQI index, there are significant differences in three groups(P<0.05),the best group is 45min and the last is 15min.4. After two treatment period, the comparison between groups has statistical difference (P<0.05)on clinical efficacy; multiple comparison showed 30min and 45min group still much better than 15min group, and 45min group is the same with 30min group(P>0.05).Conclusion:After 10 times treatment, the comparison between groups has significant differences, the clinical efficacy is similar between 30min and 45min group and both much better than 15min group; At the end of the treatment, the comparison between groups 30min and 45min group there is no significant differences on clinical efficacy and both better than 15 group. On the side of PSQI index,45min group slightly better than 30min group, showed that 45min group is more superior on improving insomnia. |
