Methods:Of 57 hospitalized patients in accordance with the order, then randomly divided into 3 groups, including the treatment group of 19 patients, control group of 20 pat i ents, sham group of 18 pat i ents. the treatment period of 3 days; treatment group was given 2 times a day Shuangbai powder topical 100g affected area, using both traditional Chinese medicine bath (2 times a day,20 minutes each time); control group was given Ma Y ing long hemorrhoids ointment and give medicine bath; sham group only received traditional Chinese medicine bath. After the three day of treatment, making comparative analysis of these three kinds of sign's symptom score; after conservative treatment some patients willing to receive PPH, to measure the operation time and asses surgery difficulty, to record the number of thrombus from surgery.Result:After treatment the symptoms of incarcerated hemorrhoid are reduced, pain, swelling and operative time compared to the control group and the sham group are obvious advantages (P<0.05), necrosis of the treatment group compared to the sham group are obvious advantages (P<0.05), The 3 groups in the number of thrombosis was no significant difference (P> 0.05).Conclusion:Treatment effect of external application of Shuangbai powder is significant for incarcerated hemorrhoid It can be relieve incarcerated hemorrhoid symptoms such as swelling, pain in short time, and reduce the difficulty of surgery. The mechanism may be by reducing capillary permeability and microcirculation, endotoxin, scavenging oxygen free radicals, alleviate sphincter spasm, so as to achieve therapeutic purposes.
