Part 1 Positional peripheral nerve injuryObjective:To investigate the incidence and possible mechanisms of the positional peripheral nerve injury and for such diagnosis and treatment of injury lay the foundation for the establishment. Method:August 2008-May,2010, the victims caused by earthquake in Mianzhu county where rehabilitation treatment center in patients with peripheral nerve injury in Sichuan province, fill in the self-made earthquake peripheral nerve injury follow-up questionnaire survey, followed by the countryside door, the telephone booking clinic and recommended follow-up sample Method to collect the cases, the LSUMC Grading System was by experts as the standard evaluation of peripheral nerve injury, physical examination, assisted EMG, High-resolution ultrasonography and MRI examination, postural screening in patients with peripheral nerve injury. All statistics were analyzed using statistical software evaluation SPSS to P<0.05 as statistically significant community value. Result: Position of the nerve injury were 73 cases (14.51%),122 nerves (12.36%),29 males (39.73%), female 44 (60.27%), aged 8-89 years, mean age (44.41±22.60), time 2-38 hours trapped, trapped in time, the average (12.69±10.38) hours.53 cases of the sciatic nerve injury, brachial plexus injury in 9 cases,11 cases of femoral nerve injury.58 cases of hip flexion posture hip flexion, knee extension position in 12 cases,61 cases of knee flexion position, in which 32 patients squat position, hip hyperextension position in 11 cases, shoulder stretch position in 9 cases,3 patients legs spread apart, showing the splits position.0 cases of surgical treatment, rehabilitation therapy,34 patients without any treatment in 39 patients.1 year after femoral nerve all the recovery, slow recovery of the brachial plexus in 2 cases, the slow recovery of the sciatic nerve in 4 cases,2 years after neurological assessment LSUHSC whole 100% more than grade 3.Conclusion:Positional nerve injury and the time stretch and postural characteristics of nerve itself is related to intervene actively to promote the regeneration and repair, nerve function recovered satisfactorily.Part 2 Tendinous Arch of Soleus SyndromeObjective Through investigation, understand incidence and characteristics of the Tendinous Arch of Soleus Syndrome caused by the earthquake, the initial clarify reasons for its occurrence and mechanisms to provide reference for the prevention and treatment. Methods May 2009-2010 years 5 months, the tibial nerve injury patients for the survey, the title of senior experts from the tibial nerve damage assessment LSUHSC as the standard physical examination, posterior tibial and popliteal Tinel sign positive, assisted electromyography (EMG), High-resolution ultrasonography and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) screening. Individual Tendinous Arch of Soleus Syndrome in patients with the surgery assisted rehabilitation therapy, after a telephone follow-up every 3 months until 2 years after operation. All statistics were analyzed using statistical software evaluation SPSS to P<0.05 as statistically significant community value. Results Tibial nerve injury in 67 patients,77 (including bilateral), soleus tendon arch Tinel sign (+) 11 cases (16.42%), have compartment syndrome,4 cases of limb crush syndrome leg, fracture and type 2 diabetes, surgical release,5 cases were followed up for 24 months, the tibial nerve function recovered satisfactory. Conclusion Low incidence of the soleus tendon arch syndrome, women and the occurrence of common parts hidden, its mechanism was related to the swelling pressure, ischemia and reperfusion and its special anatomical structure. The results were satisfactory after operation.
