Objective:Mycoplasma pneumoniaepneumonia (MPP), is the pulmonary inflammation infected by Mycoplasma pneumoniae. In recent year, the morbidity is increasing and prevalent evidently. It is a common disease of paediatrics. MP causes MPP. In addition, it can bring about nervous, cardiovascular, digestion, blood system and muscle joint injury.CRP is one of acute phase reactants (APR) and majority of people consider it is an effective target to distinguish germ and virus infection, but as to wether it can be used for diagnose infection of MP or not. At present, viewpoints differ.Studies using ELISA, immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR separately from protein and nucleic acid levels to investigate CRP expression in MPP, evaluate its clinical significance and mechanism. In order to offer guidance and target point for MPP clinical diagnosis, prompting extrapulmonary complication and treatment. Methods:A mouse model of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia, conrol group, model group, treatment group each consisting of eight mouses were established. Saving blood serum, lungs and other visceral organ,We detected the expression of CRP in conrol group, model group and treatment group by ELISA,immunohistochemistry(S-P) and RT-PCR. Statistical treatment was carried out with SPSSll.5 software package. Results:CRP has a high expression in lung tissue of model group which is significantly different with the expression in conrol group tissue and treatment group (p<0.05). CRP has an apparent higher positive expression in the mouse that has extrapulmonary complication than dosn't has it,(p<0.05). CRP has a expression in live and kidiny, but there is none in heart. With the detection of ELISA and immunohistochemistry CRP provided positive results. And it was highly consistent with RT-PCR. It shows that the experimental results are reliable. Conclusion: 1)CRP has a significantly higher expression in model group lung tissue than in conrol group tissue and treatment group. Its expression intensity has a relativity with the severity of MPP.2)CRP has significantly high expressions in the mice lung tissue with extrapulmonary complication than those without . CRP has a expression in liver and kidiny, but there is not in heart.3)The results suggest that CRP meight be involved in the development and progression of MPP. Provide theory and experiment basis for MPP clinical diagnosis, prompting extrapulmonary complication and treatment.
