Due to the social economy's development, our country's transportation, industrial and agricultural systems have obtained quick developments during the passed few years. Traffic accidents were on the increase year by year [1], during our daily activities. The rate of accidents at Construction sites has compared formation of the reform and open policy to obviously increase. The following acute ankle fractures have obviously become the trend of escalation. Acute ankle fracture couples with bone traumatology are the most common cases/diseases in the emergency department; it is also among the most common joint problem, one type of bone fractures and approximately composes 3. 92% of the whole body bone fracture [2]. Ankle fracture if not handled properly may lead to a serious complication such as ankle dysfunction. Therefore, it has become a subject to clinical emergency department's physicians and orthopedic surgeon's general attentions.Generally, Ankle fracture includes single and double ankle fractures. The causes of ankle fractures have many influencing and very complex factors, often one or more kinds of factors may also exists. Therefore the reduced bone fracture succeeds in the imperial civil service examinations and is a key preventing factor to ankle fracture. With the transformation of people life styles and the enhancement of health consciousness, the modern diagnosis technologies has fully development and cause the ankle fracture a early diagnosis rate with distinct enhancement. The early diagnosis level's enhancement has laid a very good foundation for the correct method of treatment. However, ankle fractures are not only for the joints in the bone, simultaneously often it is accompanied by the ligament damage and under the shin fei union separation, although treatments time must take the bone to be dissection in a para-position. The damaged ligament form a good cicatrization as the principle [2], but bone fracture techniques usually cause partial and contracts long time foot swelling, not only does it influence trouble extremity's venous return, but also delays the hematoma absorption and cicatrization of the bone fracture. Moreover it is easy to cause a partial muscle, tendon, and ligamentum capoulare adhesion luan to shrink, so this creates an ankle function barrier. It is reported that ankle fracture was formerly common in middle and old aged feminine patient. But with society's development, each kind of factor influences acute ankle fracture and also more and more has been youth oriented. Patient with the bone fracture prognosis's function is expected to be further enhanced. Both Domestic and foreign emergency medical orthopedics workers may do dissection replacement after ankle fracture and give a affirmative significance to patient's prognosis curative effect or obtained the widespread approval in clinical practice, however bone fracture makes the dissection replacement not merely to be able to make the anticipated progress to patient's prognosis. Therefore the bone fracture has achieves the dissection replacement as the foundation to carry on research exploration which are advantageous in the patient prognosis method and is a key point to the present clinical work.This article was written from March 2007 to August 2010 in China -Japan Friendship Hospital orthopedic department where 280 cases of ankle fractures treated patients underwent surgery according to the choices of different incisions, the postoperative tension vesicle and complications were retrospectively analyzed and compared with the situation in order to guide the selection of appropriate clinical surgical incision for the benefit of the prognosis of patients and reduce complications. Objective:To observe and compare the meshed Zhang incision in ankle fracture surgery patients.Methods:From March 2007 to August 2010 280 cases of orthopedic emergency ankle surgery were treated in our hospital with retrospective clinical data analysis. The surgical incision without meshed Zhang patients were set as a control group (158 patients) and application of surgical incision meshed Zhang patients was set as a observation group, (122 patients) after tension vesicle and complications were compared.Results:The postoperative incidence of tension of the bubble and the incidence of complications were significantly lower than the control group. Statistical analysis, P <0.05, there were significant differences. Conclusion:In Emergency surgery of patients with ankle fractures, the choice of incision is less conducive to rapid recovery of patients, and simple meshed Zhang incision, which reduces the tension vesicle and complications, should be used in clinical practice.
