Objective: To prepare the Ti coated porous surfaced implant and study the influence of theprepared implant on.Methods: The complex implant was first prepared by desalting and defatting and sintering, andwas further prepared into the Ti coated porous surfaced implant by improved emulsifiedcold-condensation method and permeation coating. Osteoblasts and fibroblasts were inoculatedonto the specimen of the Ti coated porous surfaced implant for 3 and 7 days. Proliferating ratesof cells on the impant were directly measured by celll counting.Result: 1.The shape of the prepared implant is prismatical, consisting of conjunction part andimplantation part.The Ti density of conjunction part is 96%, the intensity of which is suitable forclinical requirments.2.Osteoblasts and fibroblasts growed normally on the impant and can growed into thecrevice in the surface.Conclusion: The prepared implant has good cytocompatibility, which can be used on clinic.
