ObjectiveTo observed the incidence of myocardial injury and the efficacy on PCI-related inflammati-on after multiple statins preteatment in the patient of ACS. Investigate the myocardial protection and the possible mechanism with multiple statins pretreatment after PCI.MethodsThis study collects 103 cases of ACS patients who intend to undergo percutaneous coronary intervention in our cardiology department, who are randomly divided into three groups: 30 patients in group A (simvastatin,40mg/d),36 patients in group B (atorvastatin,20mg/d),37 patiets in group C (rosuvastatin,1 Omg/d). every patient should take the medicine at h.s at bedtime, the other treatment in all patents should according to the routine schemes (including interposition, resisting congealed and thrombus, the medicine of ACS et.) and should take the medicine three-seven days at least, we should determin these factors about CK-MB,cTnI,hs-CRP,P-selectin and TNP-a at the day before PCI and 6h,12h after PCI separately. We contrast and analyze the parameters'changes and the correlation among the three groups. The methods of main index, determination:hs-CRP:Latex enhanced immunoturbidimetric assay; TNF-a:Double antibody sandwich ELISA; P-selectin:Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. We detece the remaining parameters independently in our own biochemistry laboratory.Results1. The general clinical information among three groups are comparable. such as age, gender, height, weight,BMI,blood pressure, blood sugar, liver and kidney function,blood-lipid et.2. There is no significant difference of CK-MB and cTnI among the three groups at preoperative 1 day(P>0.05); The values of the three groups markedly increase at postoperative 6h,12h and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05); but the increasing rang is limited, and the quantity of cTnl after PCI0.05); The values of the three groups markedly increase at postoperative 6h,12h and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);4. There has a positive correlation among CK-MB,cTnI and hs-CRP,TNF-α,P-selectin. 5. There is no significant difference in each group at postoperative 6h,12h (P>0.05).Conclusions1. The levels about CK-MB,cTnI,hs-CRP,P-selectin and TNP-a are increasing after PCI in the patient of ACS, It implied that there should be platelet activated and a few of inflammatory about the whole body, and there has a positive correlation among CK-MB,cTnI and hs-CRP,TNF-α,P-selectin. So we think that the inflammatory shoud partcipate the process of myocardial injury caused by PCI.2. The statins used more than three-seven days before PCI should control the PCI-related inflammation, to performe the protection of the damaged cardiac muscle.3. The myocardial protection may be resemble in simvastatin(40mg/d),atorvastatin(20mg/d) and rosuvastatin(10mg/d) which used before PCI.
