Purpose; To observe the LVDD, EF, FS, LDL-C, TC and TG of the patients in rural and intense atorvastatin groups when they enter the hospital and one year after PCI.To compare the incidence of adverse events, cardiac function between â…¢-â…£ level and morality. To discuss the infection of intense atorvastatin on left heart function, adverse events etc.Material and method:Select 140 patients who have underwent PCI because of acute myocardial infarction of the anterior wall in The North Hospital during April 2012 to September 2013 and put them into two groups randomly with 67 patients in the intense atorvastatin group who take 80mg atorvastatin per night before PCI and 40mg for 30 days after PCI,20mg per night in following days and 73 patients in the conventional group who take 20mg atorvastatin per night. To discuss the infection of different doses of atorvastatin on patients who have underwent acute myocardial infarction of the anterior wall and direct PCI by observing the LVDD, EF, FS, LDL-C, TC, TG and the incidence of adverse events, cardiac function between â…¢-â…£ level and morality in two groups.Results:1. Blood lipid indices:both intense and conventional atorvastatin can reduce blood lipid with obvious change in the intense atorvastatin group.2. Main indexes of the left ventricular:both intense and conventional atorvastatin can improve left heart function with obvious change in the intense atorvastatin group.3. There are 25 composite endpoint events,14 cases with cardiac function between â…¢-â…£ level and 4 cases of morality in rural atorvastatin group and 11 composite endpoint events,4 cases with cardiac function betweenâ…¢-â…£ level,1 case of morality in intense atorvastatin group.Conclusion:1. Intensive-statin therapy can greatly improve left heart function after acute anterior myocardial and direct PCI in addition to reducing blood lipid without increasing the risk of morality.2. Composite endpoint events in the intensive-statin therapy group are much less than that in the conventional-statin group one year after PCI.
