Results :Operation and related early post-operational complications have 44 cases (23.6percent), 9 cases (4.8 around fracture dislocation of the prosthesis), 4 cases (2.1 percent), sciatic nerve injury (0.5per cent), 1 case of lower limbs differ long 30 (16.1 percent) patients.Conclusion : Total hip replacement is to treat severe hip lesions, but effective method of intraoperative improper operation may produce a variety of complications, we strictly mastering the operated indication, sufficient preoperative preparation, correct operation, intraoperative and postoperative timely and correctly handling is the key to reduce postoperative complications occurred.
