Objective Study on intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma and hemodynamic changes of liver cell carcinoma, for differential diagnosis of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma and clinical basis for hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods Subjects for clinical diagnosis of primary hepatic carcinoma patients and normal adults of the control group. Application of color Doppler ultrasonography in hepatic artery, superior mesenteric artery and portal vein, peak velocity measurement of hepatic artery (PSV), late diastolic velocity (EDV), average velocity and resistance index, inside diameter, average superior mesenteric arterial and portal venous blood flow velocity and diameter, and calculate the vascular blood flow per minute, recording values respectively. To patients operation pathological results return, used review sexual analysis method, from by collection of case in the filter out 40 cases liver primary malignant tumor case, which hepatocellular carcinoma and the bile duct cell cancer patients the 20 name, will measuring was of numerical and normal group numerical for comparison, another will cholangiocarcinoma group and the hepatocellular carcinoma group by measuring was of numerical for mutual comparison, analysis primary liver cancer group and normal group, and the difference of cholangiocarcinoma group and hepatocellular carcinoma group. Results Group this group study of primary liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma and cholangiocarcinoma) hepatic artery blood flow per minute than normal group (Qh) significantly increased, and the portal blood flow per minute (Qp) ratio (Qh/Qp) increases, superior mesenteric artery blood flow per minute (abbreviation?) Reduced peak flow group of cholangiocarcinoma in hepatic artery, superior mesenteric artery resistance index and average velocity rises, comparison of hepatocellular carcinoma and liver cells have differences (P<0.05). Group of cholangiocarcinoma in hepatic artery EDV average velocity of hepatocellular carcinoma and liver and portal vein comparison there is no difference (P>0.05).Conclusions 1. per minute in patients with primary liver cancer with hepatic arterial blood flow considerably higher than normal, slightly increased portal, superior mesenteric artery considerably lower than normal. 2. cholangiocarcinoma patients hepatic artery peak velocity, and resistance index, and Superior mesentery artery average velocity, and Superior mesentery artery blood flow more hepatocellular carcinoma patients high, cholangiocarcinoma patients hepatic artery blood flow more hepatocellular carcinoma patients hepatic artery blood flow low, cholangiocarcinoma group hepatic artery Valley value velocity, and portal vein trunk average velocity and portal vein blood flow and hepatocellular carcinoma group comparison no differences.
