Clinical Application And Research Of The Treatment Of Venous Malformations By Absolute Alcohol Joint Lauromacrogol

Objective:The study aims at observing the therapeutic efficacy of the venous malformations, the choice of the indication and the prevention of the adverse effects by absolute alcohol joint Lauromacrogol.Methods:Between February 2008 and January 2011, the 91 patients (124Lesions) with venous malformations were treated with Intratumoral drug injection in department of plastic and aesthetic, the first affiliated hospital of Guangxi Medical University, divided into three groups,25 lesions treated with Lauromacrogol,49 lesions treated with absolute alcohol,50 lesions treated with absolute alcohol joint Lauromacrogol, analysis of the treatment effects of all Lesions.Results:after 3 months-3 year's followed up, the cure rate and obvious effects rate of the Lauromacrogol treatment group were respectively 32% and 20%, and the total effective rate was 52%; the cure rate and obvious effects rate of the absolute alcohol treatment group were respectively 32.7% and 24.5%, and the total effective rate was 57.2%; the cure rate and obvious effects rate of the absolute alcohol joint Lauromacrogol treatment group were respectively 44% and 34%, and the total effective rate was 78%, absolute alcohol joint Lauromacrogol treatment group was compared with the Lauromacrogol or absolute alcohol group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions:1. the therapeutic efficacy of absolute alcohol joint Lauromacrogol for venous malformations is satisfactory. It is safe, efficiency therapeutic technique and easy for surgeons to operate, easily accepted by patients.2. Absolute alcohol joint Lauromacrogol treatment of venous malformations more effective than simply using the Lauromacrogol or Absolute alcohol treatment effect.3. The therapeutic method is suitable for the treatment of smaller venous malformations, the larger venous malformations can be treated combined with other methods.4. The therapeutic method solve some venous malformations can't be removal of by surgery under special circumstances. It utmost remains normal anatomic form and function, especially for treatment of face and neck, perineum, and other parts of the venous malformations, and has good cosmetic results, worthy of clinical application and promotion.
