Reseach Of The Relationship Between Shedding Virus Of Subclinical Genital Herpes Patients And Organism Immune State

Objective To discuss the relationship between shedding virus of Subclinical genital herpes patients and organism immune state.Methods Collecting 60 cases of Subclinical genital herpes patients from January,2009 to November,using FQ-PCR to test the herpes simplex virus shedding in subclinical genital herpes patients and using ELISA to test the serum IL-2,IFN-γand serum antibodies. The use of PEMS3.1 statistical software for statistical analysis.Results There were 23 cases(38.33 % )who were herpes simplex virus(HSV) shedding positive among total 60 cases.The serum IL-2 levels in Subclinical genital herpes patients was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was significantly(t=27.0499,p<0.05).The serum IFN-γlevels in Subclinical genital herpes patients was lower than the control group,which has significant difference(t=10.2462,p<0.05).The serum IL-2,IFN-γlevel in genital herpes patients with HSV shedding positive has significant difference compared from the negative group(p < 0.05).There were 43 cases(71.67%)who were serum HSV antibodies (IgG/IgM)positive among total 60 cases,and the HSV shedding rate(30.23%) in serum antibodies positive patients was obviously lower than serum antibodies negative patients(58.82%),the difference was significantly(p<0.05).The serum IL-2,IFN-γlevel in serum antibodies positive patients were higher than serum antibodies negtive patients,the difference was significantly(p<0.05).Conclusions 1,Although Subclinical genital herpes patients don't have significant clinical symptoms,some of them still have the phenomenon of genital herpes virus shedding.They are an important source of infection and we should pay serious attention.2,The HSV shedding rate in the serum antibodies positive group was lower than antibodies negative group,the serum IL-2,IFN-γlevel in antibodies positive group were higher than antibodies negative group.It means the serum antibodies can limit the virus copy and protect cell-mediated immunity system. 3,The serum IL-2,IFN-γlevel in subclinical genital herpes patients with herpes simplex virus shedding positive were lower than negative group.It indicated genital herpes patients' cell-mediated immunity was lower, which may be the possible mechanism of recurrence.
