ObjectiveTo provide the basis of preventing and treating A H1N1 influenza by analyzing the clinical characteristics of patients with severe influenza A /H1N1 and exploring the treatment method.MethodsClinical data of 53 patients with severe influenza A /H1N1 were retrospectively analyzed, including underlying diseases, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests, chest imaging examinations, treatment methods, prognosis.ResultsSevere Influenza A /H1N1 occurred in the age range of 20~40 years.20 cases (37.74%) were accompanied by a variety of underlying diseases.51 cases (96.23%) were accompanied by fever, the initial symptom of 48 patients (90.57%), with accompanying symptoms such as chills, cough, expectoration, fatigue, chest tightness, shortness of breath and other symptoms. Leukocyte levels were normal or decreased at early stage. Chest imaging examinations showed 33 cases (62.26%) of patients developed various degrees of secondary bronchitis or pneumonia. The biochemical indexes:ALT 9 cases, CK 21 cases. The usage rate of neuraminidase(NA) inhibitors were 100%, anti-bacteria 90.57%。The average hospital stay were (7.77±6.28)d。All patients, except two against advise discharges, were discharged after comprehensive treatment.ConclusionSevere influenza A /H1N1 begins abruptly. Changes in chest imaging were more. Liver and heart were more tend to be influenced. Early diagnosis and early antiviral and comprehensive therapy may be effective for better prognosis.
