Objective:Retrospective analysis of the meridian by TCM syndrome differentiation in patients with brain imaging findings of relevance, rating according to the meridians of Chinese Medicine of the patients with cerebral infarction early-type predictive value of abnormal blood flow in the region.Materials and Methods:120 cases of new meridians patients underwent brain CT or MRI scan examination, of which 15 cases of cerebral infarction no significant increase in patients with pre-made brain CT perfusion imaging scans.Results:105 cases of different types of cards have been emerging in the channels and collaterals in patients with cerebral infarct lesion in the predilection sites exist statistically significant difference,Conclusion:According to the dialectical meridians patient classification can effectively forecast of conventional imaging studies, but no abnormal changes in clinical symptoms and signs of cerebral infarction have been pre-cerebral blood flow in patients with abnormal perfusion area. For early diagnosis, prevention and treatment of cerebral infarction provide a frame of reference.
