Objective:To evaluate CT perfusion imaging of brain hemodynamics in patients with cerebral hemorrhage changes in diagnostic value.Data and Methods:Choose the basal ganglia diagnosed by CT in patients with 30 cases of cerebral hemorrhage, implimenting brain with double-check CTP within 28 days of sick.According to onset time to check the patients were divided into 24h,7d,14d,28d 4 group. Model of non-deconvolution method to calculate the slope of edema around the hematoma in cerebral blood flow (CBF), relative cerebral blood volume (rCBV), peak time (PT), mean transit time (MTT)and time-density curve (TDC), Analysis the results and use statistical methods to analyze the results. Results:The perfusion parameters icon showed that MTT of 24h is 1.1113,7 day extension (1.2404), the latter began to decrease (14d for 1.2017,28 d of 1.0808); Trends in TTP close MTT:24h for 1.1213,7 day extension for 1.3104, the latter began to decrease (14d for 1.2346,28 d of 1.0927); rCBF of 24h for 0.7500,7 days decreased (0.6422), Gradually increased after the (14d for 0.6621,28 d of 0.7881); rCBV24h for 0.8467,7 days decreased (0.7200), the latter began to increase (14d for 0.8129,28 d of 0.8635). The same parameters among the three groups for a number of samples were a number of the pairwise comparison, the results showed that differences between the groups was statistically significant (P values are less than 0.05).Conclusion:Brain tissue surrounding the hematoma is in persistent low perfusion states, such a low perfusion state fluctuates and changes with time variation. CTP can be a good reflection of cerebral hemorrhage hemodynamic changes in the organization. And it can provide detailed and reliable image evidences for clinical treatment to choose the best opportunity.
