The Clinical Study On Chronic Renal Failure Treated With Qi Movement Theory

Objective:This paper is aimed to observe the clinical results of patients with chronic renal failure (CRF) treated with Qihua soup and to study the feasibility and practicality of treatment of CRF through the use of Qi movement Theory. So that it may help diagnosis and treatment of CRF.Methods:50 patients with CRF were collected according to criterion and standards of syndrome differentiation in TCM. On the bases of necessary treatment, patients took the Qihua decoction. Therapeutic effect was observed 4 months. Constrasterd the quantificar scores of symptoms in Chinese medicine indicated for the main clinical symptoms of patients Inspect the changes of Ccr,Scr,H,RBC,HCT,Ca,K. P.Results: 1. The treatment could improve the patients clinical symptoms (P<0.05); 2. The treatment could decrease the patients Scr,BUN (P<0.05); The treatment could improve the patients Ccr (P<0.05); 3. The treatment could improve the patients Hb,RBC and HCT (P<0.05); 4. The treatment had no influence on serum ion, such as Ca,K,P (P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The clinical symptoms on patients associated with CRF could be relieved base on Qi movement Theory(P<0.05); 2.The treatment could decrease the patients Scr,BUN and improve Ccr base on Qi movement Theory(P<0.05); 3.The treatment could improve the patients Hb,RBC and HCT base on Qi movement Theory(P<0.05); 4.There are feasibility and practicality of treatment of CRF through the use of Qi movement Theory.
