The Study On Impact Of GITR MRNA Expression With Sang Shen San Xian Jiao In Chronic Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura

Objective:For considering the mechanism of Chronic Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura(CITP) and the action link of Sang shen san xian jiao,this study was to observe the effects of Sang shen san xian jiao acting on the patients of Chronic Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura.We are sure of the effects in clinic.Methods:30 CITP patients were given to Sang shen san xian jiao as a course of treatment for three months. After two courses of treatment, observe the changes of clinical symptom, platelet and GITR before and after treatment.Results:1.Total effective rate of treatment of Sang shen san xian jiao with CITP was 83.33%.2.The differences of total clinical symptom score and platelet count results before and after treatment were significant (P<0.01) 3.The expression levels of GITR mRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells in CITP patients group were significantly lower than the normal controlled group in peripheral blood, it increased after treatment(P<0.01), but still lower than the normal controlled group(P<0.01).Conclusions:The lower of GITR mRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells in CITP patients maybe correlate with the CITP. After the treatments, the platelet, total clinical symptom score and The expression levels of GITR mRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells were improved, which confirms that Sang hen san xian jiao effectively treats CITP.
