Objectives:To analysis and discuss treatment with current progress of Arterial Obliterans of Lower Extremity.Methods:Through the Heilongjiang Chinese medicine University since August 2008 by April 2010,116 cases were lower limb arteriosclerosis occlusion of the patients treated a retrospective study, the analysis of lower limb arteriosclerosis occlusion with current treatment.Results:116 patients,68 patients in conservative treatment, arterial revascularization (arteries, should turn flow, PTA) in 26 cases, amputation 22 cases,3 cases of death.Conclusion:1.Early detection and early treatment.2.General therapy will always through treatment.3.Use special drugs (anticoagulation, thrombolysis, blood vessels, traditional Chinese medicine treatment or necessary surgery (traditional surgery, percutaneous treatment of vascular cavity) can improve the quality of life of the patients and reduce amputation.4.In the etiology of gene therapy, surgical treatment of hemal stricture, ischemia complicated body blood regenerating has irreplaceable function.
