The Clinical Research On Type Of Noxious Heat And Blood Stasis Of Radiation Pneumonitis By Using Hu Zang Jie Du Tang

Objective: To investigate the clinical curative effect and security of Huzhang Jiedu Tang,our clinical observation wrestled with the clinical symptoms of chest tumor patients by observing the tumor objective curative effects in TCM and Karnofsky score as targets.So as to provide reliable,safe prescription for clinical treatment of radiation pneumonitis.Method:Choosed 60 chest tumor patients in No.1 Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang Univercity of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Jan.2008 to Jan.2010,and the selection was based on the diagnosis of radiation pneumonitis.Divided the cases of patients using randomized controlled method into two groups:30 cases as one group.The control group taked western medcine while treatment group taked Huzhang Jiedu Tang.Taked 21 days as one course and take two courses.Observed clinical efficacy which taked assessment and classificasion of radiation pneumonitis,toxicity and Karnofsky score as the targets.Result:1.There was highly significant difference in the tumor objective efficacy between treatment group and control group(P< 0.05);2.The significant difference was found in Symptom of TCM between treatment group and control group before course and after(P< 0.05,P<0.01);3.There was highly significant difference in the poisonous side reaction and Karnofsky score between treatment group and control group(P<0.05);Conclusion:1.It is proved that Huzhang Jiedu Tang has better relief to radiation pneumonitis than control group.2.It inproves the efficacy of tumor and the quality of patients'Karnofsky score,reduce side effects of radiotherapy.3.Huzhang Jiedu Tang has reliable efficacy and smaller side effects for radiation pneumonitis,and it is worthy of further research and popularizing.
