Eyes are important human sense organs that access to information from outside , when the eyes appear myopia , hyperopia , astigmatism and other refractive error phenomenon ,personal life and learning will bring a lot of inconvenience. With the improvement of living standards, that excimer laser treatment treat photorefractive keratectomy has become a more common way for vision correction. However, during surgery in order to make refractive correction of patients eye best ,excimer laser treatment need to benchmark and real-time benchmarks must be accurately aligned, which requires the excimer laser treatment to configure automatic tracking system.This paper describes the principle of excimer laser ablation surgery and flying spot scanning technique. By comparing the commonly used method of eye tracking system implementation, the paper proposed the automatic tracking technology based on PSD sensor. The PSD sensor used in the eye tracking system of the excimer laser treatment in order to achieve the precise positioning of the measurement to ensure that even minor eye movement during surgery ,through the fast compensation system ,makes the treatment of baseline precision real-time consistent with control treatment within a certain range.
