Clinical Research Of "Qingyixiere Decotion" Cleaning Enema In Treation Acute Necrotising (Interstitial) Pancreatitis

Object:To study the therapeutic effect of "Qingyixiere Decotion" cleaning enema in treating acute edematous pancreatitis.Methods:40 patients with acute edematous pancreatitis were randomly divided into the treatment group(Qingyixiere decoction and conventional therapy)and control group (conventional therapy),20 cases each group. Compare Comprehensive therapeutic effects between two groups.Result:1. Total cure rate in treatment group was better than control group (P<0.05). Especially in Promoting patients independent defecate and decrease the time in hospital (P<0.01).2.Comparison of score syndromes:there was notable difference between the two group(P<0.01). Treatment group in promoting blood amylase and WBC restore normal are observably better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingyixiere Decotion cleaning enema in Treating acute edematous pancreatitis can improve the clinical symptoms. Clinical curative effect is reliable. Treatment group in promoting blood amylase and WBC restore normal are observably.
