Objective To analyze the death from stroke of the hospitalized patients condition of before being hospitalized, being hospitalized and after hospitalized, in order to know the reciprocity of them and death, supply the effective of therapy, provide science basis of control and step-down ill rate, and provide a help for the prevention of stroke.Method Observational study of the 1041 death cases diagnosed with stroke during 2001-2010 in the neurology department of the 1st hospital of Jilin University.Result From January 1,2001 to December 31,2010, the hospitalized death case of neurology department is total 1273, stroke death case is total 1041, the ischemic dies 512, ICH is 506, SAH 23, male 669, female 372.The male death toll is more than female in the stroke; The mortality of ICH before 60 years is more slightly high than ischemic, the mortality of ischemic over 60 years is higher than ICH; The peak time of death is in 3days.; Diabetes and coronary heart disease are related with cerebral ischemic death; past existence of a history of atrial fibrillation the mortality of ischemic is significantly higher than that of ICH;Be compared with ICH, the incidence rate of system infection, heart failure and hypoproteinemia is obviously high;The major reason for stroke death is hernia cerebri and central postoperative respiration and circulation failure;In the dead cases of ICH, the level of blood pressure, white cell and plasma albumin of being hospitalized, are relate to the death rate, but the level of serum creatinine is relate to the death rate of ischemic.Conclusion1.The death of stroke is known as the majority of the male, the age of female is higher than male, The mortality of ICH before 60 years is more slightly high than ischemic, the mortality of ischemic over 60 years is higher than ICH;2.The peak time of death is in 3days.3.The death of ICH is obviously relate to hypertension, but the death of ischemic is relate to the history of hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease and atrial fibrillation;4.As far as ischemic, the incidence rate of term complications is higher than ICH;5.The major reason for stroke death is hernia cerebri and central postoperative respiration and circulation failure. ICH mainly dies in hernia cerebri, the ischemic in central postoperative respiration and circulation failure;6.The thrombosis of vertebral basil arteries system and brain hemisphere bleed get high percentage of dead;7.In the dead cases of ICH, the level of blood pressure, white cell and plasma albumin of being hospitalized, are relate to the death rate, but the level of serum creatinine is relate to the death rate of ischemic.
