Bladder cancer is the most common genitourinary system tumors, accounting for 6% of male cancer, the cause is not fully understood, but with the environment, smoking, and genetic factors, which accounted for most of superficial tumors. The current treatment of bladder cancer is still surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and immune-based adjuvant therapy, given after intravesical instillation is an important means of preventing tumor recurrence, however, after chemotherapy, there are still 45% -70% relapse rate .
