Objective: Dual energy X ray apparatus ,that is of the degree of osteoporosis in patients with chronic renal failure and renal failure in the relationship between the degree of first place position for the clinical diagnosis of osteoporosis and provide the basis for treatment, and predict bone Fracture risk in patients with osteoporosis. Methods: 70 patients with different stages of chronic renal failure patients and 70 healthy volunteers using dual energy X ray apparatus on the lumbar spine, bilateral hip and left forearm scans were carried APEX aplication software, respectively, with standard bone mineral density and age compared to others, be the average of BMD, femoral neck bone mineral density, bone mineral density is about one-third of the forearm and the distal part of T values, and Z values. 50 years as the industry subjects were divided into two groups according to stages of chronic renal failure, 70 patients with chronic renal failure patients were divided into reserve decline of renal function, azotemia, renal failure and uremia on four groups of. Different age groups of chronic renal failure group and control group were used to compare the number of independent samples t test; renal function in different age groups at all levels of the comparison between the use of mean variance analysis, pairwise comparison between groups by LSD-t test.Results:â‘ 70 patients with chronic renal failure patients with varying degrees of bone mineral density reduced, healthy people who have the same age were significantly different(P<0.05).â‘¡70 patients with chronic renal failure has been increasing with the degree of renal failure, reduced bone mineral density has been the trend. There was every bone mineral density differences between the two groups(P<0.05).â‘¢Patients with chronic renal failure there are different degrees of reduced bone mass, and even osteoporosis, but decreased forearm or the degree of osteoporosis compared with the degree of axial bone heavier, or there sooner.Conclusion:1,Chronic renal failure may occur with varying degrees of bone metabolism, causing bone loss and even osteoporosis.2,Patients with osteopenia or osteoporosis, chronic renal failure as the extent of the disease will continue and increase.3,Forearm in patients with chronic renal failure, bone loss than the central axis of the lumbar spine and hip bone that appeared earlier and osteoporosis was severe.
