Clinical Application Of RNPT On The Management Of Soft Tissue Defects After Trauma

Objective:To investigate the application of RNPT on soft tissue defects after trauma.Provide theoretical guidance for the application of RNPT on soft tissue defects after traumaMethods: 60 cases of traumatic soft tissue defects were randomly divided into 2 groups. Traditional treatment group (Conventional dressing therapy) and RNPT group (Isino negative pressure wound treatment instrument) were randomly divided which contains 30 cases respectively. Traditional dressing treatment group underwent surgical treatment of soft tissue injuries according to the type of wound dressing development of the program and periodic. RNPT treatment group use RNPT Instrument, and the wound treatment in accordance with technical requirements. As the wound clinical evaluation criteria, the treatment efficacy scores were recorded during the dressing time at the end of each treatment cycle or after treatment cycle.Results: RNPT treatment group compared with the conventional treatment group, could promote injury wound healing, also could reduce the local edema and stimulate the granulation tissue formation. Furthermore, this technology could also reduce the workload of health care and alleviate the sufferings of the patient which could provide a good condition for the second phase of the wound repair surgery.Conclusions: RNPT is an effective treatment to repair soft tissue defects in traumatic.The therapies of RNPT on soft tissue defects after trauma are easily and effectively. RNPT is the latest technology clinical treatment of traumatic soft tissue defects and it will have a wider application.
