Aims: In this research ,we study the T cell receptor chain gene conserved domain Alpha (TCRCα) -560 C / T Polymorphism of IgA nephropathy patients of Guangxi Zhuang, nuclear family and normal healthy adult, investigate of the genetic polymorphism with the Guangxi Zhuang IgA nephropathy.Methods: We analysis of guangxi zhuang IgA 109 cases in patients with nephropathy and IgA nephropathy complete core family 42 and normal health zhuang TCRC alpha gene adult first 560 a nucleotide genotype (wild type, heterozygous type, mutation homozygous type) distribution based on the home department TDT and HRR method is given priority to, and adopts the traditional case-control methods, application polymerase chain reaction - restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis (PCR - RFL P) technology. Meanwhile collecting before treatment of general clinical indicators and patients to 42 pathological material, core families genotyped, use cases, parents control study calculated transfer imbalances index (TDT) and single figure based on single figure relative risk (HHRR). And compared with normal health zhuang adult case-control study and clinical and pathological material analysis, discusses the guangxi zhuang IgA nephropathy and TCRC alpha - the relationship between 560C/T.Results: 1. IgA nephropathy in core pedigree parents not transfer alleles and genotype and healthy controls alleles and genotype distribution are in line with Hardy-Weinberg Eguilierum. 2. Clinical data analysis: (1) in the genotype precursor infection between a statistically significant difference (P < 0.05), pioneers in genotype TT infection rate is high. (2) hypertension in three genotypes was statistically significant differences between (P < 0.05), hypertension detection rate higher than other genes in CT type. (3) TCRC alpha 560 patients the genotype TT its proteinuria incidence reduced, and CT genotype patients increased incidence is proteinuria was. 3. Case-control analysis: the guangxi zhuang crowd IgA kidney disease patients and healthy controls three genotype and two alleles the difference was not statistically significant. 4. Core pedigree analysis: (1) by TDT analysis: transmission and not mixed zygote parents passed to the allele frequency progenies between the difference was not statistically significant (χ~2 = 0.880, p = 0.348). (2) HRR analysis: IgA nephropathy based on risk to genotype and allele, transfer and not transfer the difference was not statistically significant (χ~2= 4.227, p = 0.121, χ~2 = 1.794 , p = 0.18, HRR = 1, 512).Conclusion: 1.The traditional case - control study and family-based studies have confirmed: Guangxi IgA nephropathy may be related to TCRCα-560C / T polymorphism is not relevant.2. TCRCα-560 C / T polymorphism may be associated with IgA nephropathy in Guangxi population precursor infection, incidence of hypertension and proteinuria.
