Relationship Of TCRCα Gene -575A/G Polymorphism With IgA Nephropathy In Chinese Zhuang Nationality

Objective: To investigate significance molecular genetic of TCRCα-575A/G gene polymorphism in Ig A nephropathy in Chinese Zhuang Nationality.Methods: Two groups were divided to Guangxi Zhuang Nationality with IgA nephropathy and normal control group, genotype and allele distribution of TCRCα-575A/G were analysed by Polymerase chain reaction - restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis and DNA direct sequencing . the clini call data of pre-treatment of patients with were collected, case-control study was performed, clinical and pathological data were analysed.Results: 1. A, G two alleles of TCRCα-575A/G were detected in Chinese Zhuang Nationality group with IgA nephropathy and the control group, each ratio of A = 43.42%, G = 56.58%; three portfolio types are AA, AG and GG genotype, the proportion of AA = 25.81%, AG = 35.48%, GG = 38.71%.2. Comparing Guangxi Zhuang Nationality group with IgA nephropathy with normal control group, no significant differences could be observed between the three genotype of TCRCαgene distribution and two kinds of alleles (P> 0.05).3. Clinical data showed: gross hematuria was significant difference between genotypes (P <0.05), the probability of emergence AG genotype is larger than AA, GG genotype; and serum creatinine, uric acid level were significant difference between genotypes (P <0.05).4. Pathological data showed that: the distribution frequency of the three genotypes in three pathological grade were significant difference(P <0.05); the frequency of distribution ofⅢandⅣgrade in IgA nephropathy Haas-class is higher than I andⅡlevel.Conclusion: 1.TCRCα-575A/G gene polymorphism and allele might not be related to genetic susceptibility of Guangxi Zhuang Nationality with IgA nephropathy. 2. TCRCα-575A / G gene polymorphism may be associated with Guangxi Zhuang Nationality with IgA nephropathy, related to the level of serum uric acid.3. TCRCα-575A / G gene polymorphism might be related with occurrence of gross hematuria of Guangxi Zhuang Nationality with IgA nephropathy.4. TCRCα-575A / G gene polymorphism may be associated with proliferative glomerulonephritis of Guangxi Zhuang Nationality with IgA nephropathy.
