Objective: Explore the immune regulation with Astragalus polyose (APS) and belamcandin of insufficiency of lung-Qi with mice.Methods:(1) observed in mice by smoked for 15 days vital signs, a detailed record, respectively,1 day,5 days, the first 10 days,15 weight scales, statistics body mass index; (2)smoked after 16 days, in addition to the blank the control group, model group smoked, the rest of the treatment groups were administered 7 days; (3)lung tissue weighing, measuring lung index; (4)take thymus weighing, measuring thymus index; (5)taking spleen tissue weighing, measuring spleen index; (6)the first 22 days removal of the eye blood, ELISA Determination of mouse plasma IL-la, IL-2 levels; (7) lung tissue homogenate supernatant, ELISA Determination of (3-defensin-2, to explore the immune regulation with Astragalus polyose (APS) and belamcandin of insufficiency of lung-Qi with mice.Results:1. Drug treatment for 7 days, three survey groups of low dosage, middle dosage and high dosage with the combination of Astragalus polyose and belamcandin, compared these three survey groups with model group, mouse lung qi deficiency symptoms significantly improved (P<0.01 or P<0.05), and showed a certain dose-effect relationship.2. The three survey groups of low dosage, middle dosage and high dosage with the combination of Astragalus polyose and belamcandin were significantly lower than the lung index of the model group (P<0.01 or P<0.05);with the positive control group showed no significant difference (P> 0.05).3. The three survey groups of low dosage, middle dosage and high dosage with the combination of Astragalus polyose and belamcandin and the other experimental groups of "Lung Qi deficiency" syndrome mouse spleen index was no significant difference (P> 0.05). 4. Astragalus polysaccharide tectoridin low, middle and high-dose group were significantly higher than the thymus index of the model group (P<0.01 or P<0.05); with the positive control group showed no significant difference (P> 0.05).5. The combination of Astragalus polyose and belamcandin of "Lung Qi" syndrome mouse plasma IL-1α, IL-2 has increased effect on the lung tissue homogenate supernatant ofβ-defensin-2 could be reduced to the role. Showed that the combination of astragalus polyose and belamcandin of "Lung Qi" syndrome in mice with immune regulation.Conclusion:1.The combination of APS and belamcandin can improve lung qi deficiency in mice cause by respiratory weakness, slow movement, rough fur, loose less shiny, can be improved because of smoke in mice, slow movement, rough fur, loose shiny.2. The combination of APS and belamcandin can improve the mouse lung tissue due to smoke caused by inflammation.3. The combination of APS and belamcandin of "Lung Qi Deficiency" syndrome mice with improved immune function, increase body immunity.In summary, the combination of APS and belamcandin of "Lung Qi Deficiency"syndrome mice have some immune function, can increase IL-1α, IL-2, reducedβ-defensin-2, to improve the mice, lung deficiency caused by respiratory weakness, slow movement, loose fur symptoms, improve due to smoke caused by inflammation of lung tissue in mice.
