| Objective:By the blood of patients with heart failure with BNP levels of uric acid, EF indicators and the relationship between TCM Syndrome Differentiation research to understand cardiac function and heart failure syndromes relevance.Methods:On the diagnosis of heart failure patients, the clinical investigation using the method of determining differentiation syndrome, assessment of cardiac function, BNP levels on the heart of the EF value of color Doppler ultrasound records, the results showed statistically classification of congestive heart failure, BNP levels, EF, cardiac function and the relevance of TCM.Result:1) With the heart Qi deficiency, heart deficiency, blood stasis, yang deficiency syndromes such as water pan cardiac function changes in levels have gradually increased (P<0.05); 2) EF values with the heart Qi and Yin deficiency, heart deficiency, Qi, Yang and water was gradually decreased pan card (P<0.05); As cardiac functionâ… ,â…¡grade,â…¢grade,â…£-level change, EF value decreased (P< 0.05); 3) Heart Qi and Yin deficiency and Yang Pan card water was significant difference between BNP(P<0.05); Comparison between the BNP level of cardiac function was significantly(P<0.05); With the increased level of cardiac function, BNP values increased gradually(P<0.05); 4) Heart Qi and Yin deficiency and, Yang of uric acid between the water pan card comparison, statistically different(P<0.05); Cardiac function and cardiac function gradeâ…¡,â…¢,grade IV heart function compared between the serum uric acid was significantly (P<0.05); As cardiac functionâ…¡,â…¢grade,â…£-level changes, the value of blood uric acid increased gradually (P<0.05)Conclusion:1. Serum uric acid may be the pathogenesis of heart failure successful performance of real laboratory3. Evaluation of BNP can be used as an important indicator of the degree of heart failure4.
