Acrid-bitter Drop Method For The Treatment Of Clinical Efficacy Of MODS

Objective:Through the multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) in patients with clinical observations, to explore Acrid bitter drop method for the clinical efficacy of this disease.Methods:The subjects of clinical observation of 60 cases of all causes of MODS in patients with conventional drug therapy as the control group, traditional Chinese medicine plus conventional drug therapy for the treatment group were observed in patients diagnosed during and after treatment for MODS organ dysfunction score (Marshall score and gastrointestinal dysfunction score); compared two groups of clinical efficacy; compared mortality in patients after the treatment. Results:Two cases of organ dysfunction score, compared with those before treatment have decreased, and there is a significant difference (P＜0.01); compared with the control group after treatment, a drop of the treatment group than the control group (P<0.05). The treatment group was higher (P<0.01). The treatment group compared with the control group mortality rates, especially for four or more organ dysfunction was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Acrid-bitter MODS drop method can improve the clinical symptoms and laboratory indicators, to improve every major organ function, improve the treatment outcome, reduce mortality, the clinical application of Chinese medicine treatment of MODS provided some theoretical basis for enhancing efficacy and improve the prognosis of MODS have some clinical value.
