Objective:By observing the changes in tumor markers of non-small cell lung cancer, brain and bone metastases patients, to reveal the correlation between tumor markers of change and the brain, bone metastasis. Methods:With multiple tumor marker protein chip detection system to determine 56 cases of non-small cell lung cancer with brain, bone metastasis and 20 patients of non-small cell lung cancer without metastasis in 12 serum tumor markers (CA19-9, NSE, CEA, CA242, CA153, CA125, Ferritin, AFP, HGH, HCG, free one PSA and PSA) levels. Results:Statistical analysis showed that CEA, CA19-9, CA125, Ferritin concentrations of the metastasis group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.01);The CEA.CA125 concentrations of adenocarcinoma group higher than other types of groups (P<0.05); Each metastasis group had no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:CEA, CA19-9, CA125, Ferritin joint detection can provide an important reference for early detection of non-small cell lung cancer, brain, bone metastasis, in particular, CEA, CA125 has a more important reference value in the diagnosis of adenocarcinoma, provide the basis for the prevention and treatment.
